  • 6061-T6: The workhorse of aluminum alloys. Excellent strength-to-weight ratio, good machinability, and corrosion resistance. Ideal for structural components.

  • 7075-T6: High-strength, aerospace-grade aluminum. Excellent for high-stress applications and components requiring superior durability.

  • 5052: Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments. Good for sheet metal applications and enclosures.

  • 303: Free-machining grade, ideal for complex, highly detailed parts like shafts and fittings. Good corrosion resistance.

  • 304L: The most common stainless steel. Good corrosion resistance and formability. Widely used in various industries.

  • 316L: Superior corrosion and chemical resistance, making it ideal for medical devices and marine applications.

  • 17-4PH: High-strength, precipitation-hardening stainless steel used in demanding aerospace and industrial applications.

  • 1018 Mild Steel: General-purpose, low-carbon steel that is easy to machine and weld.

  • 4140 Alloy Steel: High-tensile strength steel, excellent for parts requiring high toughness and wear resistance like gears and shafts.

  • C360 Brass: Excellent machinability, ideal for fittings, valves, and electrical hardware.

  • C110 Copper: High electrical and thermal conductivity, used for heat sinks and electrical contacts.

  • Grade 2: Commercially pure titanium with excellent corrosion resistance and formability.

  • Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V): The most common titanium alloy, offering high strength and light weight, ideal for aerospace and medical implants.

  • PEEK: Excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and performance at high temperatures. Often used as a metal replacement.
  • Ultem (PEI): High strength and rigidity at elevated temperatures, with good chemical resistance.
  • Delrin (POM): High stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. Ideal for gears, bearings, and precision parts.
  • Nylon (PA): Good toughness and wear resistance, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
  • Teflon (PTFE): Extremely low friction and excellent chemical resistance.
  • Acrylic (PMMA): High clarity, good rigidity, and excellent optical properties.
  • Polycarbonate (PC): Superior impact strength and toughness, with good transparency.
